The staff were super. eve and sonya were both helpful and friendly, as were all the staff. the boat service across the river is an absolute must. i really enjoyed the convenience and the views this service offered. It enhanced the overall experience.

i found the gym to be quite crowded during peak hours. accessing equipment was challenging sometimes.
